QI GONG

Qi Gong is one of the 5 main branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Literally translated as Qi work or energy work Qi Gong, similar to yoga, incorporates holding and moving poses to promote blood and electrical flow in the body, this aids in healing and strengthening. All teachings can be modified for the individual. Classes are in group format but private lessons are also available.
